St. John Expansion: Floor Plans
Below are the floor plans for Phase 1 of the St. John building expansion project. Click on either image to view a larger version.
The classroom addition will cost $2,077,686. As of March 11, the parish has $1,847,056 (89% of cost) in pledges. An additional $230,630 (11% of cost) in pledges is needed in order to seek full approval from the Archdiocese and begin construction.
It is also a goal to have $1,038,843 (half of the cost of the Phase 1 additions) in cash when construction begins. For that to happen, we need approximate $670,000 more in immediate donations.
